Meet The AWARD WINNING Team
DEAN GREGG – Managing Director
Dean set the company up in May 2014 with a vision of becoming the best local estate agent ensuring a phenomenal level of customer service to our clients and customers. Through sheer hard work and determination along with a passion for service and efficient processes G&T Properties have become award winning agents since 2018. With a drive to promote within and to ensure support is offered throughout the team as and when needed, Dean has steered the company to win various awards across the industry and on a consecutively basis since 2018. A hard working guy, with a positive attitude and a real focus of being proactive ensures the company continues to evolve and grow to this day.
LOUISE OVERTON – Sales Manager
Louise is a vital cog in the G&T armoury and has progressed her way through the ranks since her first day in joining the G&T family. A big personality with a huge heart and a drive like no other to ensure she improves and improves on a daily basis. Louise’s customer service skills match perfectly with our motto of “striving for a phenomenal” level of customer service and the bonds Louise builds with our clients is fantastic to see and this is clearly exposed through the continuous 5-star reviews Louise achieves each month. This level of work ethic, drive, and attention to service levels has ensured Louise’s quick progression to Sales Manager where Louise now oversees the sales department along with the day to day running duties of our Old Hill branch.
CLOEE EADES – Lettings Manager
Cloee is our longest serving staff member and started as an apprentice back in March 2017. Since joining the G&T family Cloee has risen through the ranks and has experience in all avenues of work at G&T Properties. With a huge drive for “getting things done straight away,” Cloee ensures that our service levels are prioritized, and targets are achieved through hard work, being proactive and effective delegation. Cloee is a key asset to the G&T family who clients and customers know fondly due to her experience and time at the company along with her excellent customer service skills. Cloee now oversees our lettings department along with the day to day running duties of our Brierley Hill branch.
BEN WAGSTAFF – Valuation & Marketing Manager
Ben is a real people person and has a huge drive when it comes to sales and achieving targets, so it’s no surprise Ben is our valuation and marketing manager which suits him perfectly. A real hard working and hugely valuable staff member who started out assisting with viewings and property inspections. This hard work, drive and positive personality along with a real passion for property, quickly ensured Ben’s progressed through the company where he oversees valuations and marketing of our properties. With a key eye for detail Ben ensures our clients are getting the very best out of their marketing which results in matching the best buyer and most importantly achieving the best price.
ELLIS AMOS – Lettings Referencing Manager
Ellis is one of only a few of our staff members who became part of the G&T family having already had experience in property. This experience formed a great foundation for Ellis to promptly work her way up to her up within our organization, however as we proudly do things the G&T way, this also proved a great challenge which Ellis met head on and ensured our processes were not only met but greatly improved on. In return we now have a superb and prompt process for the letting of a property which Ellis is always striving to improve. This level of desire to improve only cements what a passionate and driven G&T family member we have, who we all think the world of and we all appreciate what a great job she does day in day out. Ellis also oversees our letting certification requirements along with audit work and continuous improvements to our processes.
SARAH GREGG – Marketing Manager
Sarah has been with the company from day one and has been a key reason for the continued growth and development throughout the years. Supporting the company in its early years with office admin, accompanied viewings, driving customer service standards and all other aspects to now ensuring the marketing of our properties is of the highest level which in return results in our vendors and landlord achieving the best price in the best time specified. A real behind the scenes hero, always reacting promptly to any clients needs and an immense part of the G&T family.
AMY WELCH – Sales Executive (Head Of Property Performance)
Amy has recently become a member of the G&T family, and she has been a breath of fresh air since the day she stepped through the door. Having started with the support of field duties such as viewings, property inspections etc Amy has quickly progressed to a “Head Of” role due to her positive attitude, hard work and sheer desire to “get things done” which in return ensures our properties receive more exposure, have more viewings and are prioritized which our vendors love as this has resulted in quicker sales, more offers and of course, sales agreed. Its great to see the early relationships Amy has built with our clients which means Amy is a much loved staff member and a huge part of the G&T family.
TRACEY BIBB-GWILT – Lettings & Property Maintenance Executive
Tracey is a great team player and has experience in many aspects of the G&T roles having started assisting with viewings and property inspections. However, since starting her journey on the property maintenance world we have seen real growth with the building of relationships with clients and customers, a desire to ensure our properties are safe and an eye to detail when something doesn’t seem 100% correct. This is all great to see especially when our clients and customers are showcasing their appreciation meaning Tracey is a crucial part of the G&T family.
CLAIRE TURLEY - Lettings & Property Maintenance Executive
Claire did come to us with some property experience and originally started as a part time staff member who assisted with viewings, property inspections and inventories for the first couple of years or so. Claire has a great attention to detail along with a drive for excellence so as the company grew, Claire took on more responsibility and more hours which has seen her exposed to various parts and roles within the company which now means Claire is an experienced and essential G&T family member who is often asked to support different needs and wants of the business.
RAJ SINGH – Sales & Lettings Property Performance Executive
Raj has recently joined the G&T family and has a real drive and strives to match people with property. A real talkative and caring character who takes time to speak with our customers and clients, finding out their needs and wants and then getting to work. By chasing viewing requests daily Raj ensures all incoming communication is replied to promptly and proactively. With Raj being multilingual and his confidence growing its clear to see he is building great relationships with our customers and clients, so we are really excited to have him on board and for what the future holds.
KYLE EDWARDS – Office Associate
Kyle originally started within the G&T family on a Saturday basis only, however now works full time and supports all aspects of office support whilst learning about the lettings and sales processes whilst on the job. Kyle is always looking to put a smile on your face and do what it takes to ensure any enquiry is answered and dealt with in a timely manner. Kyle’s hard work and enthusiasm ensures all incoming viewing requests and leads are chased efficiently and proactively. For any property that becomes a slow mover, Kyle ensures all leads are re-visited and chased so no stone is left unturned.
MICHELLE FELLOWS – Field Associate & Inventory Clerk
Michelle is our longest serving field associate and an imperative part of the G&T family. From interim inspections, check in inventories, check out inspections and viewings, Shell can do it all when it comes to field duties which ensures things run smoothly across the lettings and sales departments. Shell is also tasked with the training of anyone needed in this area.
LAURA EDWARDS – Field Associate & Inventory Clerk
Laura is a very flexible staff member who supports various roles which include office-based duties along with field-based duties. This ensures what ever the business needs we can support in an efficient and timely manner meaning Laura is an indispensable part of the G&T family who also gets involved with training and upskilling when called upon.
LOUISE BRADLEY - Field Associate
Louise has recently come on board and has quickly become a key part of the field team ensuring the demand for viewings is adhered to along with prioritisation of any urgent viewing requests. Already a much-loved staff member who is always willing to go the extra mile, supports the office if any appointments, makes a great cuppa and is always thinking of others, we are delighted you are part of the G&T family.
AMELIA WELCH - Field Associate
Amelia is our newest recruit and has fitted in so well, its seems like she has been here for years. Very confident and positive which is great to see when we are conducting viewings and inspections for our clients. A team player always looking to do whatever it takes and not scared of chipping in to support the office when needed. Its great to call you a G&T family member Amelia.
MOLLY GREGG - Office Associate
Molly supports the office when needed and has a real eye for detail and following processes correctly. Molly quickly builds strong relationships with clients and customers by meeting their needs and dealing with any queries promptly and efficiently. A vital support system to the G&T family which frees up senior staff members to conduct urgent duties.
HANA GREGG - Office Associate
Hana also supports the office when needed and has a real drive for efficiency and targets. Hana ensures all leads and requests are dealt with and revisited as and when needed along with office admin work supported as and when needed by the company.
